Due to the ongoing relocation of the General Inspectorate of the CTIA and the Inspectorate of Central Bohemian Region and the City of Prague to the new headquarters in Gorazdova/Dittrichova Street in Prague, the operation of the CTIA will be substantially limited from 18 March 2024 to 28 March 2024.
From 22 March 2024 to 25 March 2024 (inclusive), the CTIA’s filing office will not be available, nor will the possibility of submitting applications for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes within our online services. We therefore recommend that consumers submit their complaints after this period.
Please note that the CTIA’s advisory phone line may be disrupted on 25 March 2024. However, you can find answers to the most common questions in the Consumer Guide and on the European Consumer Centre website.
